Stride your way, wherever you are, to prevent, treat and beat stroke.
Stride4Stroke is Stroke Foundation’s flagship event, where we encourage our amazing community to get active during the month of November.
One of the things we can do to reduce our risk of stroke, or secondary stroke, is to keep active.
Thank you to everyone that hit the pavement, pool or bike track to stride your way, and raise a record-breaking result in 2021.
We are so proud of your achievements and can’t wait to continue this community movement next year.
