I’m taking on the challenge of Stride4Stroke and raising funds for Stroke Foundation!

Hi there,

I’m taking on Stride4Stroke this September and raising funds for Stroke Foundation to help create a future with fewer strokes.

Almost 47,000 Australians will have a stroke this year — that’s one every 11 minutes This cause is special to me because I lost a very special woman in my life. My mother in law Shirley also known as Dhitley due to autocorrect on my phone. Come to think of it I’ve had a few nicknames for her over the years but my favourite nickname was Shirley Tapas. She was really good at Tapas. A great host, entertainer but most of all friend. Jees I miss her. Life just isn’t the same.  

This year, every $11 raised represents one stroke expected in Australia. I’m aiming to make as much impact as I can — and I’d love your support.
