I’m taking on the challenge of Stride4Stroke and raising funds for Stroke Foundation!
Hi there,
This September I’m taking part in Stride4Stroke and raising funds for Stroke Foundation to help create a future with fewer strokes.
At the moment in Australia someone has a stroke every 11 minutes.
While one lot of the 11 minutes belongs to me I am lucky enough to be able to move freely and mostly do everything I could before.
My goal here is to raise money to help those people who have seen stroke impact their lives. My fight is in being able to think clearly, talk, work, remember things and deal with difficult situations while others are finding it hard to get themselves moving again and your support helps us all.
Just so you know your donation will help fund vital programs and services that:
- Prevent stroke through education and awareness
- Support people and families when stroke happens
- Help survivors of stroke recover and rebuild their lives
