Hi there, I'm taking on the challenge of Stride4Stroke and raising funds for Stroke Foundation to help create a future with fewer strokes.
In the next 11 minutes, someone, somewhere in Australia is going to have a stroke.
Stroke is one of Australia's biggest killers and doesn't discriminate; it affects anyone, anytime. It claims more lives than breast cancer in women and prostate cancer in men. And incredibly, up to 120 babies and 400 children have a stroke in Australia each year.

A huge thank you to everyone who has donated so far! This cause means so much to me and is very close to my heart. Every day at work I see the impact stroke has on people and their families, and it’s a reminder of how much more we can do when it comes to prevention and rehabilitation. Having a stroke can turn lives upside down, and I feel privileged to be part of the recovery journey with my patients. I’m even more grateful to now be able to give back—by raising awareness and helping to support stroke prevention and recovery initiatives.
