I’m taking on the challenge of Stride4Stroke and raising funds for Stroke Foundation!
Hi there,
I’m taking on Stride4Stroke this September and raising funds for Stroke Foundation to help create a future with fewer strokes.
Almost 47,000 Australians will have a stroke this year — that’s one every 11 minutes.
This year, every $11 raised represents one stroke expected in Australia. I’m aiming to make as much impact as I can — and I’d love your support.
Your donation will help fund vital programs and services that:
- Prevent stroke through education and awareness
- Support people and families when stroke happens
- Help survivors of stroke recover and rebuild their lives
Every dollar truly makes a difference.
Thank you so much for supporting me — together, we can help change the story of stroke.
My Updates
💙 This September, I’m taking part in Stride4Stroke for my beautiful mum. 💙
Almost two years ago, Mum suffered a severe stroke that took away much of her independence and changed her life forever. It didn’t only affect Mum—it changed our whole family’s lives.
My dad has become her number one carer, standing beside her every step of the way. My brothers and I continue to support them both with all the love and strength we have.
I’m taking on Stride4Stroke to honour my mum, recognise my dad’s incredible dedication and raise vital funds to support stroke survivors and their families.
Every donation, no matter how small, can help make a meaningful difference. If you’re able to support my fundraiser, I would be truly grateful. Please donate through the link below or share this post to help spread the word.
Together, we can bring hope to families whose lives have been changed by stroke. 💙
