I’m taking on the challenge of Stride4Stroke and raising funds for Stroke Foundation!
Hello!
This is a cause that is deeply personal to me.
I am taking part in Stride4Stroke (as a team member of Jen’s Stroke Strike Team) in memory of a dear friend who sadly did not survive a stroke, and in honour of several close friends who have survived and continue their recovery journeys. Their experiences, along with my own, are a powerful reminder that stroke can happen to anyone, at any age, often without warning.
Every step I take is dedicated to remembering those we have lost, celebrating the resilience of survivors, and helping raise awareness and funds for stroke prevention, treatment, research, and recovery support so that more lives can be saved in the future.
