I’m taking on the challenge of Stride4Stroke and raising funds for Stroke Foundation!

Why I’m doing Stride4Stroke
I’m taking part in Stride4Stroke in support of the Stroke Foundation because I know firsthand the impact of stroke, what it can take away — and how difficult the journey afterwards can be.
For me, this isn’t just about moving or walking.
It’s about being grateful for how far I’ve come, turning my experience into something positive, and helping make the journey easier for the next person.
If you can support the Stroke Foundation and help them continue their great work with a donation, I’d be incredibly grateful.
Almost 47,000 Australians will have a stroke this year — that’s one every 11 minutes.
This year, every $11 raised represents one stroke expected in Australia. I’m aiming to make as much impact as I can — and I’d love your support.
