I’m taking on the challenge of Stride4Stroke and raising funds for Stroke Foundation!

Hi everyone,

This September, I’m taking on the Stride4Stroke challenge to raise funds for the Stroke Foundation — a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart.

In 2021, my grandfather suffered a stroke, and it changed his life forever. From that day on, he lost much of his independence and the simple joys that made life full. We watched him fight every day, but sadly, we lost him in October last year. Seeing someone you love go through that kind of struggle stays with you — it’s heartbreaking, and it’s why I’m determined to make a difference.

Every 11 minutes, someone in Australia will have a stroke. It’s one of the country’s biggest killers, claiming more lives than breast cancer in women and prostate cancer in men — and it can happen to anyone, at any time.
