Stride for Stroke Challenge!
Hi!
From the 1st to 30th of September, I will be taking on Stride4Stroke and raising funds for Stroke Foundation to help create a future with fewer strokes, by doing exercise every day for the whole month.
This last month, I have seen the impact a stroke can have on someone’s life, and have felt the effects of it as a family member.
Mam - this one’s for you! I will channel your strength, resilience & bravery through this challenge. You really are the toughest cookie, I love you 💙

- Prevent stroke through education and awareness
- Support people and families when stroke happens
- Help survivors of stroke recover and rebuild their lives
