I’m taking on the challenge of Stride4Stroke and raising funds for Stroke Foundation!
I’m taking part in Stride4Stroke to help prevent, treat and beat stroke!
As you may be aware, stroke is one of Australia’s biggest killers and a leading cause of disability. A stroke strikes someone in Australia every 19 minutes. It can be anyone, of any age and changes lives instantly.
Stroke is preventable for so many. In fact, over 80% of strokes can be prevented – and that’s why this year I’ve set the goal to run 51km in the month of November for Stride4Stroke.
Why 51km? Well, that matches my age… and it’s a significant challenge for me!

Every donation and helps fight stroke – and dollars raised will be invested in supporting our work to prevent, treat and beat stroke. By continuing to raise awareness of stroke risk factors and by raising funds, together, we can fight the devastating impact of stroke in our community.
