We’re two sisters on a mission!
Stroke has touched our family in a way we’ll never forget, and now we want to give back. As his two daughters, we’ve seen firsthand how much strength, resilience and support it takes to face life after stroke.
The reality is, someone in Australia has a stroke every 11 minutes. It’s one of the country’s biggest killers - more than breast cancer in women and prostate cancer in men - and it doesn’t discriminate. Babies, kids, adults… stroke can impact anyone, anytime.
That’s why we’re taking on Stride4Stroke and raising funds to support the Stroke Foundation’s incredible work- from spreading lifesaving F.A.S.T. awareness, to helping survivors and families rebuild their lives with resources and support.
Every step we take (and probably every laugh, blister and snack stop along the way) is for a cause so close to our hearts. If you can chip in, big or small, it’ll mean the world - together we can change the story of stroke
