Our team is taking on the challenge of Stride4Stroke and raising funds for Stroke Foundation!
Hi there,
We’re taking on Stride4Stroke this September as a team, in honour of Lucy's mum who suffered a stroke not long before she passed.
Through moving our bodies this September, we hope that we can raise awareness about stroke, and fundraise so that the Stroke Foundation can continue its work.
Almost 47,000 Australians will have a stroke this year — that’s one every 11 minutes.
This year, every $11 raised represents one stroke expected in Australia.
Your donation will help fund vital programs and services that:
- Prevent stroke through education and awareness
- Support people and families when stroke happens
- Help survivors recover and rebuild their lives
