I’m taking on the challenge of Stride4Stroke and raising funds for Stroke Foundation

Hi family and friends, we are taking on the challenge of Stride4Stroke for November, walking at least 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week and raising funds for Stroke Foundation to help prevent stroke, save lives and enhance recovery in the honour of our beautiful Owen. If you can’t donate at this point of time, that’s okay. Ask me how to become apart of our team and get your steps up! 

Did you know stroke is one of Australia's biggest killers and there is one stroke every 19 minutes, even though more than 80% of strokes can be prevented

Stroke doesn't discriminate; it affects anyone, anytime, even unborn babies. It claims more lives than breast cancer in women and prostate cancer in men. Even more distressing, around 600 Australian children experience stroke each year!!

We are forever thankful for the support we have already  received from our close loved ones and the many medical teams that have supported us through this far. We couldn’t have done it without you all.
